Every truss is precision-engineered at our Orchardbank facility using computer-controlled cutting and pressing equipment, ensuring exact tolerances on every job. Full structural calculations and layout drawings are provided with every order, so your site team knows exactly what to expect before manufacture begins.
Posi Joists
Posi Joists offer a lightweight, high-strength alternative to traditional timber joists, allowing for greater spans and easier routing of pipework, cabling, and ductwork through the joist zone. Manufactured to your project’s exact specification at our Forfar facility, they’re a popular choice for ground floor construction, loft conversions, or mezzanine flooring.
As with all our products, full technical drawings and load calculations are available on request.
3D Design
Before a single truss is cut, we produce full 3D visualisations of your roof structure – giving you and your site team a clear picture of the finished job in advance. Models can be shared directly to a phone or tablet, making it easy to review designs on-site or discuss changes with us before manufacture. This process has been part of how we work for X years, helping reduce costly errors and rework on site.
